Welcome to a very unique Spanish Culinary Experience - el Mirador del Castillo is no ordinary cooking school. It is situated in the most sought-after location in Mojacar, the village upon which it gazes and at one time protected, and is steeped in Spanish and Moorish history. This area is very proud of its heritage, and we share that pride by offering visitors an experience that will prove to be truly unique.

El Mirador del Castillo Spanish Culinary School isn't just about cooking or learning to cook. Our 5-day residential programmes provide guests with a Spanish culinary experience unavailable elsewhere. Our 'el Castillo' guests don't just learn to cook Spanish foods, but they experience living in a typical Spanish village, rubbing shoulders with local trades people in the markets, eating and drinking with them in the tapas bars and, for the week, being one of them!

Whilst your stay and our culinary programmes are meticulously planned down to the last detail, they have been developed specifically for you to not only enjoy your time here in a unique house-party atmosphere, surrounded by laughter, great wines, foods, learning and fun, but to also unwind in this friendly village among the hospitable Spanish people.
